Job summary

Electric Power Systems seeks a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews, manage complex substation testing and maintenance, and serve as the primary interface with customers and engineering teams.

You will apply advanced technical expertise, safety leadership, and project coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across a wide range of LV/MV/HV equipment. Travel may be required and NETA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or military experience preferred.
• 10+ Years Relevant Industry Experience.
• NETA III Certified, NETA IV Certified a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and work scopes for electrical equipment and commissioning activities.
• Prepare, review, and approve detailed reports documenting testing, maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
