Electric Power Systems seeks a Senior Field Technician to lead crews, manage complex testing and maintenance projects, and serve as the primary field interface with customers and engineers. You will apply advanced technical knowledge to ensure safe, efficient execution of substation work across electrical equipment and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology.
• 10+ years relevant industry experience.
• NETA III Certification; NETA IV is a plus.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to travel and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment.
• Plan testing procedures and work scopes; prepare detailed reports and closure packages.
• Interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Develop project documentation and manage field activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Mentor Field Technician I-III personnel and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance on all sites.
