Job summary

Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor for high-end luxury remodeling projects in the Buckhead and North Atlanta area. You will take field ownership from measuring through final completion, reporting to the Operations Manager and coordinating multiple residential kitchen and bathroom projects.

The role requires leadership of field teams, strict quality control, and proactive client communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and an exceptional client

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising high-end kitchen and bath renovations.
• Ability to manage 5+ simultaneous projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel between Buckhead and North Atlanta jobsites.

Responsibilities

• You will report to the Operations Manager and take field ownership of multiple residential remodeling projects from measuring to pre-construction preparation and through final completion.
• Manage 5–10 residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects in the field simultaneously; coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites; review scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules; coordinate trade partners, installers, deliveries, inspections, and homeowners.
• Identify potential delays or cost overruns early and develop corrective action plans; keep projects moving efficiently while protecting gross margin.
