Job summary

Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee high-end residential kitchen and bathroom projects in Buckhead and North Atlanta. You will manage 5–10 active jobs, coordinate field activities, and maintain strict quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication with homeowners, lenders, and trade partners, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding Heart & Home’s premium craftsmanship

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, specifications, and product documentation.
• Strong understanding of quality control, job costing, change orders, and schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between Buckhead and North Atlanta jobsites throughout the workday.
• Ability to pass any job-related background or driving-record requirements.
• Three supervisor references.

Responsibilities

• Lead field ownership of multiple residential remodeling projects from measurement to pre-construction through final completion.
• Manage 5–10 projects simultaneously and coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites.
• Review scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules before construction begins and ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate trade partners, vendors, deliveries, and inspections.
• Protect project gross margin by controlling labor, materials, and change orders.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Serve as primary field contact with homeowners and set expectations on milestones and decisions.
• Build strong relationships with installers and subcontractors; participate in meetings and document progress.
