Job summary

Heart & Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead high-end residential kitchen and bath remodeling projects. You will oversee a portfolio of 5–10 active jobs from measurement to completion, ensuring top craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction across Buckhead and North Atlanta.

You must excel in field leadership, scheduling, trade coordination, and budget control, delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the company’s exacting standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling field-management experience.
• Direct experience supervising kitchen, bathroom, or high-end residential renovation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage more than 5 projects in the field simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, specifications, and product documentation.
• Strong understanding of quality control, job costing, change orders, and schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Comfortable using project-management software, email, mobile applications, and digital photos.
• Ability to travel between Buckhead and North Atlanta jobsites.
• Ability to pass any job-related background or driving-record requirements.
• Three supervisor references

Responsibilities

• Oversee field leadership for 5–10 active projects in Buckhead and North Atlanta.
• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple jobsites.
• Review scopes, budgets, and schedules before construction; confirm measurements.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules; manage trades and deliveries.
• Protect project margins by controlling labor, materials, and change orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client communication; maintain clean, organized sites.
