Schneider Electric is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to join our U.S. Services team. You will coach peers, manage key accounts, and provide commissioning, installation, and testing support for equipment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ work experience as a shop or field electrical technician.
• Knowledge of ANSI IEEE C37 standards relating to breakers and switchgear.
• Experience with distribution protective relay testing, hi-pot testing, and breaker testing.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor field reps to provide technical advice and problem solving.
• Manage several customer key accounts and support field operations.
• Provide pre/post-sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing, and maintenance of equipment.
