Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to support the ASCO Services team in the U.S. This home-based role will mentor Field Service Reps, manage key accounts, and deliver pre/post sales technical support, including commissioning and testing of equipment.

You will lead problem solving during start-up, evaluate upgrades, and ensure customer satisfaction. A technical background and strong leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills to mentor and support field colleagues.
• Customer engagement skills to support the Services Manager in key interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor other Field Service Reps, provide technical advice, diagnose problems.
• Manage several customer key accounts.
• Carry out service or support work following standard procedures and adapt as needed.
• Provide pre/post sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Develop solutions to complex problems arising during start-up.
• Research and recommend product upgrades to meet customer needs.
• Monitor and resolve recurring complex problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues during start-up and investigate problems.
• Generate leads for Service support and train customers on equipment features.
