Qualifications

• 7+ years’ work experience as a shop or field electrical technician.
• Minimum two-year degree or technical certification in an electrical related program preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills among peer groups.
• Knowledge of advanced electrical industry standards including ANSI IEEE C37 for breakers and switchgear; basic relay and hi-pot testing.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Field Service Reps to give technical advice and support.
• Manage several customer key accounts.
• Provide pre/post sales technical support: commissioning, installing, testing, maintaining products.
