Qualifications

• 7+ years work experience as a shop or field electrical technician
• Minimum two-year degree or technical certification in an electrical program
• English proficiency required to communicate with customers and team members

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Field Service Reps to provide technical advice and solve problems
• Manage multiple customer key accounts
• Provide pre/post sales technical support including commissioning and testing
• Develop solutions for complex start-up problems
• Research and recommend equipment upgrades to meet customer needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve recurring complex problems during start-up
• Produce leads for service support and train customers on equipment features
