Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, coordinating staff, vendors, and work orders to ensure high standards of upkeep and safety. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, compliant practices, and strong customer relations with residents and management.

The position requires a high school diploma, basic computer and on-site software skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety and compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and training under the Community Manager.
• Attend on-call emergencies and manage maintenance budgets and supplies.
• Ensure OSHA guidelines and safety programs are followed.
