Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations at the community. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, ensuring timely service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-call emergencies may be required as part of the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and manage staff/vendors.
• Schedule and respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Inspect and maintain common areas and units; ensure safety and code compliance.
• Monitor budget and inventory; plan for supplies and vendor bids.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety practices (OSHA compliant).
• Keep accurate service records and EPA/OSHA-related documentation.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Plan resource use and optimize equipment, materials, and staffing.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training and performance feedback.
