Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at the community, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely repairs. You will supervise maintenance staff and vendors, track work orders, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-call emergencies and budget-conscious planning are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors, ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Maintain records regarding service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and maintenance planning.
• Manage inventory and ensure budget guidelines.
