Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, ensuring service requests, preventative maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and quality customer service. The role collaborates with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, ensuring timely make-ready and adherence to budgets.

The position requires basic on-site software proficiency, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and regular on-site attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management for community properties.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Provide supervision, training, and direction to maintenance staff.
