Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards. You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and budget adherence, with on-call emergency duties and strong customer/resident relations.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA, and regular on-site attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance activities for maintenance staff.
