Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our community, supervise staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires daily on-site attendance, strong organizational skills, knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws, and the ability to manage vendors within budget. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards
• Maintain preventative maintenance program
• Plan for and utilize property resources economically
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training
