Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a community. You will supervise staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety, quality, and timely service across units and common areas.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA/CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws. HVAC knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff scheduling.
• Respond to service requests and manage work orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory.
• Inspect and ensure safety and code compliance across grounds and buildings.
• Maintain records of service, inspections and make-ready status.
