Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations and staff across the community, ensuring safety, repairs, and preventative programs are executed efficiently.

You will coordinate work orders, supervise staff, and respond to resident requests while maintaining OSHA and EPA standards. On-call emergencies and budget-minded resource planning are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; basic computer skills expected.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and monitor job progress daily.
• Ensure OSHA safety guidelines and EPA/OSHA standards are followed.
• Handle on-call emergencies and coordinate with vendor services.
