Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff management. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, ensure safety standards, and deliver quality resident services.

The role requires on-site presence, daily inspections, and active coordination of repairs; familiarity with Fair Housing and OSHA is required, with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management of the community operations.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements in common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features daily for hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Monitor safety and OSHA compliance; train staff and enforce policies.
• Oversee staff performance and on-call emergencies as needed.
