Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance and staff supervision. The role requires on-site attendance and adherence to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. On-call emergencies and budget-conscious procurement are part of the job duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safety standards
• Provide customer service and maintain records of service requests and inspections
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager
