Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff, ensure safety standards, and deliver exceptional resident service.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Manage personnel, safety compliance, and customer service with the Community Manager.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors to ensure quality and timely work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and make-ready status; monitor budget compliance.
