Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead a team of event hosts and deliver memorable parties. You’ll report to the center General Manager and supervise staff, planning and executing flawless events.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of management, 2+ years as banquet captain, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong hospitality and planning skills. Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems helps you organize bookings, budgets, and guest

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience.
• 2+ years as Banquet Captain.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry.
• Broad knowledge of event planning and execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Host special events; manage a team of event hosts; oversee all setup.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create a seamless event experience.
• Build personal connections with event clients and exceed guest expectations.
• Complete event reporting and use guest feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Forecast events and schedule event staff; provide HR guidance as needed.
• Be available for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
