Job summary

Encore seeks a Technical Lead to set up and operate audiovisual systems in hospitality venues, ensuring top-level guest satisfaction. You will manage on-site setup, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with hotel staff to guarantee smooth events.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in AV and customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to assist junior technicians while adhering to safety standards and proper invoicing procedures.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program in their current position, and for the position they are applying to.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Follow all security and safety measures and keep equipment secure from theft or damage.
• Interact with clients to ensure needs are met and maintain positive relationships.
• Understand and follow Encore processes and complete paperwork accurately.
