Job summary

Encore Global seeks a Technical Lead to set up and operate audiovisual systems in hospitality environments, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead, mentor, and coach technicians on Encore's Delivering World Class Service philosophy while working closely with hotel staff to ensure equipment operates correctly.

The role requires 2-3+ years of AV and customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift and move equipment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.
• High school diploma required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Internal/external training and certifications must be completed within stated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships on site.
• Mentor and guide other Technicians and align with Encore's service philosophy.
• Understand and follow company processes, complete paperwork accurately and coordinate with staff/vendors.
