Job summary

Encore seeks a Technical Lead to set up and operate audiovisual systems in hospitality environments. You will lead by example, mentor technicians, and ensure client satisfaction on site.

The role requires 2-3+ years of AV experience, a high school diploma (associate’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Expect hotel/convention center venues, irregular hours, and collaboration with Event Technology teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown audiovisual equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Follows company processes, completes paperwork, and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Builds positive client relationships and assists with invoicing and upselling when appropriate.
