Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to manage setup, operation and breakdown of audio-visual systems in a hospitality setting. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure devices function properly, and uphold our service standards with guests on site.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in customer service or hospitality and AV experience, with a high school diploma (Associate’s preferred). On-site role with shift flexibility and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown audiovisual equipment accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships on site.
• Follow company procedures, complete paperwork accurately, and coordinate with vendors.
