Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technical Lead to manage the setup, operation, and breakdown of AV systems in hospitality environments. You will ensure guest satisfaction, lead technicians, and maintain strong client relationships on-site, while adhering to safety and company procedures.

The role requires 2–3+ years in AV and hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is an on-site position with shift variability in hotel and event venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown audiovisual equipment accurately and promptly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships on-site.
• Follow company processes, complete paperwork, and coordinate with vendors and staff.
• Mentor and coach other technicians as needed.
