Job summary

Samsara, a public company, seeks a Manager of the Enterprise Implementation Consultants to lead a high-touch team responsible for deploying our connected operations platform across large enterprise accounts. You will oversee hardware installation, software configuration, and system integrations, coaching a diverse team while driving value for key customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing a services team with enterprise deployments
• Experience implementing Enterprise (medium/high touch) accounts; SaaS and/or IoT/hardware preferred
• Strong work ethic, prioritization, and high emotional intelligence
• Experience managing escalations and executive stakeholder relationships on complex, high-value accounts
• Experience with a customer success CRM such as Gainsight and/or PSA tool
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance and deliver results across KPIs and OKRs
• Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and lead escalation resolution for at-risk accounts
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs
• Coach consultants through complex, multi-site hardware deployments and API integrations
• Identify and implement process-improvement opportunities to increase automation
• Lead from the front and foster an inclusive, high-performing team
