Job summary

Samsara’s Enterprise Services team hires a Manager of the Enterprise Implementation Consultants to lead a high-touch deployment group that handles hardware installation, software configuration, and system integrations for our largest enterprise accounts.

You will coach consultants, drive KPIs, own executive relationships, and partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and protect renewals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing services teams with complex enterprise deployments.
• Experience implementing enterprise accounts or account management programs.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with customer success tools such as Gainsight or PSA.
• Strong problem solving, prioritization, and fast-paced adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance across Enterprise Implementations.
• Deliver results across team KPIs and OKRs.
• Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and escalations.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Coach consultants through complex multi-site deployments and integrations.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities to increase automation.
• Lead by example and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
• Hire, develop and lead a diverse, engaged team.
