Job summary

Samsara is hiring for a Manager of the Enterprise Implementation Consultants team to lead a high-touch deployment group across hardware installation, software configuration, and system integrations for its largest enterprise accounts.

You will coach consultants, optimize processes, and build a high-performing team while maintaining executive relationships and ensuring renewals and expansions. This role emphasizes growth, client success, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing services teams for enterprise deployments.
• Experience with enterprise (medium/high touch) accounts; SaaS/IoT/hardware implementation preferred.
• Strong work ethic, prioritization, and high emotional intelligence; able to manage escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance and drive results across KPIs and OKRs.
• Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations on high-value accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success for seamless handoffs.
