Job summary

Hyperscience is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to drive enterprise deployments and long-term adoption across customers, bridging strategy, PMO leadership, and hands-on execution.

You will own technical roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, and ensure deployments meet business outcomes while identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization. This role requires governance, KPI tracking, and translating customer needs into scalable deployment patterns.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in customer-facing technical roles with enterprise SaaS or AI deployments.
• Fluent with Python, REST APIs, JSON, and cloud environments.
• Proven PMO leadership across Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Experience designing governance (QBRs, steering committees, KPIs).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IS or equivalent.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and deployment tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own technical roadmaps, milestones, and acceptance criteria for deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and manage resource sequencing.
• Map legacy workflows to platform capabilities and track KPIs to demonstrate ROI.
• Partner with Account Executives to scope expansion opportunities and build scalable pre-sales architectures.
• Lead deployment governance with executive reviews and scorecards.
• Develop reusable deployment playbooks and integration patterns.
