Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to drive the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise clients. You will own end-to-end engagements, from SOW through production deployment, collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope, manage stakeholders, measure value, and maintain executive credibility.

You will help build scalable delivery playbooks, lead field engagements, and champion the mission in the field while aligning with product and research teams to improve

Qualifications

• Led AI/ML engagements/deployments, including executive briefings with C-suite sponsors.
• Experience delivering AI/ML agentic solutions into production.
• Able to navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan with clear scope, milestones, and value hypotheses.
• Lead technical discovery and map customer workflows to define MVP scope.
• Manage day-to-day engineering execution and keep the project on the critical path.
• Own product scoping for field engagements and document requirements.
• Maintain the customer relationship with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Define impact hypotheses and measure ROI post-deployment.
• Codify reusable delivery assets and patterns for scaling.
• Navigate regulatory and procurement processes within client environments.
• Manage scope changes and risk with clear context for leadership.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (25–50%).
