Job summary

ReadyOn is seeking an Engagement Manager to own enterprise deployments end-to-end, from signed SOW through go-live, working with Fortune 500 customers to translate complex labor operations into clear deployment plans.

You will build reusable playbooks, dashboards, and templates, align executives on value realization, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations to ensure delivery momentum in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 4-10+ years in high-growth enterprise software environments or management consulting.
• Experience leading complex enterprise deployments with PM/PS disciplines.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical deployment plans.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, AI and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End Enterprise Deployments: single-threaded ownership from SOW to go-live.
• Drive Executive Alignment & Value Realization with stakeholders and ROI metrics.
• Enable Rapid Product Innovation by translating deployment learnings into product insights.
• Build Scalable Delivery Systems with repeatable playbooks and dashboards.
• Enable Enterprise Expansion through renewal and upsell opportunities.
