Job summary

Hyperscience is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to drive long‑term account success, deployment health, and post‑go‑live adoption across enterprise deployments by bridging commercial strategy, PMO leadership, and technical execution.

You will own technical roadmaps, milestones, and acceptance criteria, orchestrate cross‑functional delivery with Product, Core Engineering, Delivery, and Support, and map legacy workflows to platform capabilities to realize measurable ROI and sustained value.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Deployment Lead, TPM, TAM, Solutions Architect).
Solid fluency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise system integrations.
Cross-functional PMO leadership with risk management and resource planning experience.
Experience designing governance frameworks (QBRs, steering committees) and mapping legacy workflows to software solutions.

Responsibilities

Own technical roadmaps, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate Product, Core Engineering, Delivery, and Support teams to remove blockers and align deployments.
Map legacy workflows to platform capabilities to demonstrate ROI and adoption.
Lead deployment governance through scorecards and executive reviews with IT and business leadership.
Partner with account teams to scope new use cases and support expansion opportunities.
