Job summary

Valon Technologies is building an AI-native operating system for mortgage servicing. We seek a Deployment Strategy Lead to own a deployment domain end-to-end, coach 5-10 Deployment Strategists, and ensure contracts go live and achieve real adoption across complex, regulated workflows.

Your team will stay close to the work, catching issues before client-facing problems arise, while raising the bar on craft and alignment with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns a deployment domain end-to-end: builds specialist depth in a product surface, client function, or workflow; quality standard-bearer across deployments.
• Manages and coaches 5-10 Deployment Strategists: leads learning loops and sharpens judgment on ambiguous problems.
• Stays accountable for the full customer journey: contract to go-live to adoption; a deployment that lands and sticks is a win.
• Catches quality problems early by reviewing configurations, client conversations, data, not just status updates.
• Raises the bar on the team's craft: better decisions, faster learning loops, stronger client trust.
• Translates upward to senior client leaders and to Valon's product/engineering teams; clarifies work for reports.
• Builds DeploymentOS and contributes to playbooks so future deployments are faster and smoother.
