Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to guide the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers. You will own engagements end‑to‑end—from SOW to production deployment—working with Forward Deployed Engineers and executives to align on scope, architecture, and value.

You will drive discovery, define MVPs, manage stakeholder communications, and codify reusable playbooks while navigating regulatory complexity in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Led AI/ML deployments or engagements, including enterprise-scale projects.
• Experience delivering agentic or AI-powered solutions in regulated industries.
• Ability to guide architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for engagements and define scope.
• Lead technical discovery and shape solution architecture.
• Drive cross-team execution and manage blockers.
• Define MVP and manage engineering backlog for field engagements.
• Lead executive briefings and manage stakeholder communications.
• Measure impact, ROI, and report outcomes to sponsors.
• Build reusable delivery assets and playbooks for future engagements.
• Navigate enterprise regulatory and procurement processes.
• Manage scope changes and risks with clear context.
