Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting a premier regional facility in Mattoon, IL to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT).

The practice offers rapid patient volumes with an extensive referral network and modern surgical infrastructure. The physician will lead general ENT care across rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT, with flexible scheduling options including 7-on/7-off or weekly rotations for commuting physicians.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment and surgical skill; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across a broad general otolaryngology practice: ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
• Perform cases in state-of-the-art surgical suites across Mattoon sites and affiliated facility expansions.
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule, with non-traditional blocks such as 7-on/7-off or alternate weeks for commuting physicians.
• Collaborate with a large internal referral network to manage high-volume patient backlog.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for encounters, surgeries, and follow-up care.
