Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a premier regional facility in Mattoon, IL. This full-time position offers a high-volume general ENT practice with opportunities for expansion into other locations, and flexible rotation options including 7-on/7-off and alternate-week schedules.

The role includes collaboration with a broad referral network, state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical care across general ENT scope.
• Operate in state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites.
• Support expansion to additional facilities as needed.
• Collaborate with referral network and primary care/pediatric teams.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records.
