6 Degrees Search is recruiting a Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Mattoon, Illinois. This full-time role offers a robust compensation package with production bonuses and sign-on incentives, plus opportunities to expand to additional locations.

The candidate will perform general ENT procedures, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT, leveraging state-of-the-art surgical suites across sites. Flexible scheduling supports regional or commuting arrangements.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited school.
• Completion of accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• BC/BE in Otolaryngology; Illinois license or eligible to obtain.
• DEA registration is maintained and active.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical care across general ENT subspecialties.
• Work across multiple sites with access to modern surgical suites.
• Design and manage a flexible practice schedule (e.g., 7-on/7-off).
• Collaborate with primary care and pediatric networks for high patient backlog.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and follow-up care.
