Talent Solutions Partners is partnering with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Mattoon, IL. The role offers a $700,000 annual compensation and flexible blocks including 7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations, with expansion opportunities to other locations.

Board Certified or Board Eligible, MD/DO, IL license and DEA are required. A busy practice with extensive referral networks awaits in a high-demand ENT service area.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of Otolaryngology Residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility
• Valid DEA registration

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical interventions across a broad practice scope
• Operate in main Mattoon ORs and outpatient settings with expansion options
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule, including non-traditional blocks (7-on/7-off, etc.)
• Collaborate with primary care and pediatric referrals to handle high patient volumes
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records and follow-up care
