Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a premier regional facility in Mattoon, Illinois. The role offers a full-time schedule with 7-on/7-off, alternate-week, or commuter rotations and a robust compensation package.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of an accredited Otolaryngology Residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites, with main Mattoon ORs and outpatient center, and expand to Effingham facility.
Design and establish your ideal practice schedule; support for 7-on/7-off or every-other-week rotations for regional or out-of-state commuting physicians.
Collaborate with an extensive internal primary care and pediatric network to handle high-volume patient backlogs.
Maintain comprehensive, accurate EMRs for all encounters, surgical documentation, and follow-up care.
