SteveRecruiter, LLC is partnering with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Mattoon, Illinois. This role offers a robust practice with a high-demand general ENT workload, and opportunities to expand to additional sites.

Board Certified or Board Eligible, MD/DO, Illinois license, and DEA required. Flexible scheduling options include 7-on/7-off, alternate-week or commuter rotations.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment and a collaborative mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across a broad ENT practice (general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT).
• Operate in state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites; support expansion and outpatient cases at additional facility(s).
• Design and establish an ideal practice schedule with flexible blocks (7-on/7-off or every-other-week rotations).
• Collaborate with primary care and pediatric networks to manage high-volume patient backlogs.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records for clinical encounters, surgical documentation, and follow-up care.
