Job summary

Management Performance Associates and a premier regional facility in Mattoon, Illinois, seek a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT). This BC/BE position offers a robust compensation package and a strong referral network, with expansion opportunities to other locations.

You will perform general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric cases in modern operating suites, with flexible blocks like 7-on/7-off.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed Otolaryngology residency.
• BC/BE in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or eligible.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT interventions across a broad general otolaryngology scope (ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, pediatric ENT).
• Operate in state-of-the-art surgical suites across sites, with options to expand to Effingham.
• Design and establish a flexible practice schedule (7-on/7-off or other rotations).
• Collaborate with extensive referral network for high-volume patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records and follow-up care.
