Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment and surgical skill.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical care across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
• Utilize multiple sites with modern surgical suites; support expansion to additional facility.
• Design your practice schedule with flexible blocks (e.g., 7-on/7-off).
• Collaborate with internal referral networks to manage high patient volumes.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for encounters and follow-ups.
