Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions partners with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Otolaryngologist in Mattoon, IL. Board-certified or board-eligible, you will join a high-demand practice with an expansive referral network and modern surgical suites.

You can choose 7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations for regional or commuting physicians, with a compensation package featuring $700,000 annually plus robust benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of Otolaryngology Residency.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or eligible to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
• Use state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites and support expansion.
• Design your practice schedule, including 7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations.
• Collaborate with a large referral network to manage high patient backlog.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records and follow-up care.
