Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in Mattoon, Illinois seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a premier regional facility. This full-time role offers a flexible practice schedule, including 7-on/7-off or alternating weeks, with expansion opportunities to other locations.

You will perform high-demand general ENT procedures across multiple sites, collaborate with a broad referral network, and enjoy a generous compensation package with production bonuses and relocation/sign-on

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or immediate eligibility).
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across a broad general ENT scope.
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites and support expansion to additional facilities.
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule with flexible blocks (7-on/7-off or alternate weeks).
• Collaborate with internal referral networks to manage high-volume patient backlogs.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and follow-up care.
