This role offers ownership of the full lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to commissioning and turnover, with focus on delivering critical power infrastructure in growing markets such as electrical systems, data centers, and utilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of progressive construction-management experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Current, unrestricted driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record; drive-required role.
• No immigration sponsorship; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H1B etc. not supported.
• Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates outside 50 miles of Fenton, MO or New Florence, MO.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle construction project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management, and closeout.
• Serve as the on-site primary contact for Eaton’s EESS work, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and other trades.
• Review scope, timelines, and handoff details to identify risks and execution needs early.
• Use project management tools to track milestones, manage deliverables, and keep projects on schedule.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Support job-site safety, cost control, change orders, issue resolution, and overall project performance.
• Contribute to process improvements and field best practices.
