Formación

• 5+ years progressive construction-management experience or 4+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Current, unrestricted driver’s license with a satisfactory MVR; valid for site duties.
• No sponsorship for immigration; eligible to work in the United States.
• Relocation assistance available within 50 miles of Urbandale, IA or Cedar Rapids, IA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle construction project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for Eaton’s EESS work, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and other trades.
• Review scope, timelines, and handoff details to identify risks and execution needs early.
• Use project management tools to track milestones, manage deliverables, monitor progress, and keep projects on schedule.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders.
