Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ESS division seeks a proactive Construction Manager to lead complex industrial and electrical projects. You will drive full-cycle delivery, coordinate across teams, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires collaboration across departments, rigorous scheduling, and strong stakeholder management, with up to 50% travel and a residence within 50 miles of Menomonee Falls or Mount Pleasant, WI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years of progressive construction-management experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years.
• Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record; driving required.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration; relocation not offered; reside within 50 miles of Menomonee Falls, WI or Mount Pleasant, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery—from planning and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Review technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines at handoff.
• Use project management tools to track milestones and on-site progress.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Eaton's work with other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.
• Manage closeout activities including punch lists, warranty handoff, and ownership transition.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for EESS activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with District Operations to enforce safety initiatives across job sites.
• Oversee financial performance through cost control and change-order management.
• Collaborate with commercial ops, sales engineers, and technical support to align client expectations with deliverables.
• Implement strategic program-level changes from the Strategic Operations team.
• Mentor team members to build capability in project management and operations.
