Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Construction Manager to lead complex electrical and industrial construction projects from kickoff through closeout. On-site leader driving safe, efficient, high-quality execution while partnering with customers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and technical teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive construction-management experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Current, unrestricted driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates residing outside a 50 mile radius of Fenton, MO or New Florence, MO.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
• PMP, CCM, OSHA 30, or comparable certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle construction project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for Eaton’s EESS work, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and other trades.
• Review scope, technical requirements, timelines, and handoff details to identify risks and execution needs early.
• Use project management tools to track milestones, manage deliverables, monitor progress, and keep projects on schedule.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely communication to customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional Eaton teams.
• Partner with District Operations to support job-site safety, cost control, change order management, issue resolution, and overall project performance.
