Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Construction Manager to lead electrical and industrial construction projects from kickoff through closeout. You’ll be the on-site leader driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution while partnering closely with customers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive construction-management experience or 4+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Regular Driver status per Eaton’s policies and a current, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this role; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H1B etc.
• Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates residing outside a 50 mile radius of Charlotte, NC.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle construction project delivery from planning to closeout.
• Serve as primary on-site contact coordinating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and other trades.
• Review scope, timelines, and handoff details to identify risks, gaps, and execution needs early.
• Use project management tools to track milestones, manage deliverables, monitor progress, and keep projects on schedule.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely communication to customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional Eaton teams.
• Partner with District Operations to support job-site safety, cost control, change order management, issue resolution, and overall project performance.
• Support process improvements, strategic initiatives, and team capability by sharing project management expertise and field best practices.
